Registration will open February 1st for the 2012 Football and Cheer season! We are only offering online registration. If you need assistance in completing the online registration, you may e-mail the registrar at registrar@pgeagles.com. Please refer the Home Page and click on the SSU Online Account button. Registration is available to children in the Pleasant Grove High School Boundaries.

Physical Forms must have a doctor's office stamp and signature and be for this calendar year dated after March 1st. Physical forms are mandatory and due by July 16th, 2012.

School Registration Form
If you were not a participant in the Pleasant Grove Junior Eagles program last season you are required to provide a copy of School Registration form to certify address and date of birth. School Registration forms are due by July 16th, 2012.
Parent Volunteer Deposit
A deposit of $150 per participant is required. Checks will be returned at the end of the season upon completion of 10 volunteer hours. If volunteer hours are not completed, your check will be cashed.
